Description:

A new building serving as an old people’s home has three storeys in its larger part and four storeys in its remaining part. Its layout enables combination of a residential area and health care services area with a total capacity of 100 beds. In terms of its layout and movement of persons in it, the building is designed with a three bay cross-section and central circulation area. The building has a V-shaped ground plan. In structural terms, the building is built using a cross-wall construction system with longitudinal bracing walls. The centre of architectural composition is formed by a bay of the entrance hall on the ground floor and dayrooms in upper storeys.
