Description:

The structure is a new residential building with one underground and five above-ground storeys. The underground level consists of a monolithic, water-resistant structure, using the “white tub” technology, which ensures that no additional insulation is needed for possible groundwater leakage. Two-thirds of the underground level serve for parking, and the remaining one-third houses storage units and technical equipment. The above-ground storeys comprise 26 flats, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments with high-quality furnishings and fixtures. In addition, selected flats are equipped with infra-saunas in line with the concept of modern Finnish housing. The above-ground storeys comprise monolithic wall structures with brick masonry. Interior partition walls are both monolithic and brick. The envelope of the building features the contact insulation system. All vertical communication spaces of the residential building (staircase, elevator) are integrated in the interior. The overall style of the building reflects the use of natural materials.
