Before you can get the right to use the Ecosite label and mark the site as environmentally friendly, you have to achieve appropriate evaluation of 66 criteria in the field of waste management, energy consumption, the purity of construction site, minimization of noise and dust pollution, water protection, etc. The managers of projects which reached this rating were awarded at the convention of VCES employees by the CEO and took over the affirmative certification.
At the end of 2011 Mr. Rémy Lardennois of Bouygues Construction, the evaluating assessor, confirmed the award of the Ecosite label to the project Center of the Region Haná managed by František Zachař and to the construction of a new office building Palác Křižík II in Prague with Ondřej Kahoun in charge. Last but not least, the ranks of awarded projects were joined by Residential Houses in Brno-Slatina in January 2012 and by complying with the largest number of evaluation criteria, the team led by Alan Řeháček reached the highest overall score out of the three projects.
The aim of the Ecosite environmental standard is to mitigate the environmental impact of the construction stage of our projects as much as possible. Our parent company Bouygues Construction strives for this environmental initiative to be most tangible, which is why the group label Ecosite was established.
