Construction of start-up housing in Brno – Slatina

VCES company is launching a construction of another project in Brno in cooperation with its longtime development partner – BEMETT. After previous set of family houses in Brno-Popůvky, here comes the start-up housing project, but this time on the eastern outskirts of Brno.

VCES will build two houses in the first phase of construction. Building A with 37 residential units and 2 commercial spaces and object B with 39 residential units. Apartments will offer layout from 1 to 3 bedrooms with balcony, terrace or front garden. There are also cellars and outdoor parking places involved as a part of the apartments. Both houses will be surrounded by a green park and especially inner part of the block of houses will serve as a rest area and playground for children.

Even in this case VCES participated in the creation of project documentation already in the preparatory phase of the project. Together with the developer, they managed to create apartments with a very attractive price, starting already at 29,500 CZK/m², and thus they made it available to aimed clients. This kind of approach and high level of client interest result in other success. This week, new contract for the second phase of construction has been signed between VCES and BEMETT. In this part of construction, there will be built two other houses with 39 residential units in each one. The first phase of this project will be finished in autumn of 2011.

Project in Brno-Slatina is primarily focused on young couples and families with children. This idea goes in conformity with very good accessibility to the center of Brno, the quality of civic amenities of the site even with nursery, primary and secondary schools, the proximity of sports arenas, shopping mall and nature in the form of Černovický wood or romantic surroundings of Ponětovický pond.
