The complex comprises 6 separate structural parts. Blocks 1, 2 and 3 are seven storeys high and house 83 apartments; there are 98 parking places in two underground storeys. Blocks 4, 5 and 6 are formed by four-storey “villa-houses“, which contain 12 apartments and 14 parking places in the basement. The apartments range from studios with kitchenette to three-bedroom apartments. Blocks 1, 2 and 3 are based on steel‑concrete plates. The skeleton is formed by a combination of load-bearing steel-concrete walls, piles and brick walls. The villa-houses are based on steel-concrete belts. The structures combine brick walls and steel‑concrete monolithic plates, the dividing walls are built of bricks. Horizontal structures are made of steel-concrete monolithic plates. The roofs are flat with internal draining, single-shell, walk-on/non-walk-on, and planted with greenery. The facade is formed by a contact insulation system, aerated ceramic facade with insulation and architectural concrete. The facades facing the centre of the complex are designed as glazed aluminium walls with atypical balconies that are lined with imitation of wood and glazed railing. The project also includes construction of a noise-protection wall, utilities network, roads and soft landscaping.
