Sections D and E are six-storeys high, in each of them there is a staircase and a lift. The four-storey high section F has only a staircase. There are parking places in the basement; the first above-ground storey houses commercial and storage areas. There are 71 apartments on the remaining floors. The building is based on piles with expanded footing and a steel-concrete base plate. The load-bearing structure on the first underground and the first above-ground floors is made of monolithic steel-concrete walls and pillars, on the other storeys it is combined with brick walls. The ceilings are formed by a set of monolithic steel-concrete plates. The building is covered with a single-shell flat roof where vegetation, gravel pebbles and pavement are combined. The facade of the building is formed by exterior insulation system with thin-layer coloured plaster.
