This six-storey multifunctional building offers 23 parking places in the basement, commercial area on the first above-ground storey and 25 apartments on the 2nd to 5th storeys. The building was erected in the vacant site between the existing buildings; it is based on piles and base belts and, in addition to this, it also required a special concrete base-layer complemented by micro-piles and a pile wall. On the first underground storey and the first above-ground storey, the building‘s structure system is formed by a steel-concrete skeleton, while on higher storeys the steel-concrete ceiling panels are combined with load-bearing walls. The single-shell roof is flat. The facade structure is formed by a contact insulation system combining polystyrene with coloured plaster. The building features interesting architectural details, such as bay windows, receding 5th above-ground storey and pronounced passage.
