Description:
The apartment house was designed as a selfcontained U-shaped building around a central atrium. The building contains two storeys with a car park, seven storeys with apartments and one storey with maisonettes. There are 120 apartments in the apartment house, ranging from the size of a studio up to 180 m2 maisonettes. The building is founded on bored piles and a basement plate with reinforced column caps. The basement and the ground floor feature a skeletal system with inside columns, and with monolithic peripheral walls. On higher floors, the structure changes into a wall system with cross and longitudinal walls. Interior partitions are made of Porotherm bricks and the insulated outer jacket is made of the same material. The roof structure is combined: above the middle part of the building there is a saddle roof and above the side wings there is a pent roof covered with RHEZINK metal sheets. The building is equipped with three lifts and a system of traffic signs.
