Building of the Year Competition of the Olomouc region 2008

Since yesterday, the Olomouc region has known the most successful building projects completed in the past two years. VCES confirmed its traditionally strong position in the Moravian metropolis when representatives of the best projects awarded in five main categories took over the awards from the hands of Martin Tesařík, Governor of the Olomouc region, in the presence of professional and lay public.

In the “Residential Buildings“ category a honorary mention was awarded to the PRAŽSKÁ PROJECT – APARTMENT HOUSE B4. The award of the first part of the extensive residential complex built in the outskirts of Olomouc appreciated its modern architecture and hinted at the future potential of the entire apartment complex. It is pleasant news that it is the first awarded building co-built entirely by companies of the VCES Group. The project was built by VCES a.s., the developer of the project was VCES PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT a.s. Author of the successful architectural design is architect Petr Leinert, and the working plans were drawn by Alfaprojekt Olomouc, a.s.
