Description:

The housing estate is situated on the left bank of Rakovnický brook. The project newly reshapes the western outskirts of the city and offers space for recreation and sports to its inhabitants. New features include the multi-purpose play-ground with DOMO artificial grass-like surface for ball games. The dominating features of the complex are minigolf and miniature golf tracks which meet WMF requirements. A one-storey building designed as a single-tract building forms the base facility for the golf. The building features a hip roof with Cembrit roof tiles and the facade combines wooden and stone PORFYR wall tiling. A new wooden 3m-wide foot bridge spans the brook. The area is complemented with small architectural details (landscaped banks, waste baskets) and playground equipment (swings, see-saws, slides and a sand pit). The project also included building of paths, landscaping and installation of public lighting.
