On the last day of November 2006, the mountain resort Ramzová made another step towards becoming one of the most sought after tourist and ski centers in the Czech Republic. The accommodation capacity of Ramzová and the quality of provided services has substantially increased with the completion of a new apartment complex.
A company from Brno, Bemett spol. s r.o., responded to the growing popularity of this primarily winter sports centre and reconstructed the dilapidated recreation building. As a result it created about 60 apartments and a restaurant located directly in the building. The four-storey building offers a choice of apartments of different sizes, from studios to three bedroom apartments; some of them are maisonettes. Owners of apartments can relax in a common sauna.
The idea behind the project is to offer accommodation facilities for rest and relaxation to private individuals. Bemett spol. s r.o., who will remain the building’s owner and administrator, will take care of common areas, and ensure operation of the building. Individual apartments will optionally be rented according to the needs and wishes of their new owners. A website will be created in the future to publicize information about available accommodation capacities.
The building is situated on a southern slope below a forest, and offers a unique view of the Jeseníky mountain range. The guests can also use a volleyball and tennis court.
General contractor of the project was the OLOMOUC branch of VCES a.s.
